Always passionate about rum and cachaça, Jeremy Benettayeb cultivates the art of mixology at the Madame Rêve hotel, a new iconic 5-star boutique hotel in the heart of Paris.

Previously, he trained at the Ritz London and mixed in the bars of the biggest hotels in Saint Barth and Paris, such as the Shangri La, the Mandarin Oriental and the Lutetia.
