TIJUCA'S TERROIRS

Like other spirits, cachaça is above all a reflection of a land and a climate, an environment and the work of man who will do his best to reveal the expression of a terroir.

TIJUCA harvests its sugar cane exclusively in the different terroirs of the State of Rio de Janeiro.

Our fazendas are scattered throughout the Mata Atlântica, between the sea and the mountains, providing the sugar cane with very varied conditions of sunshine, rainfall and soils.

Highlighting their original terroirs, our canes also offer the specific characteristics of their different varieties, all of which is essential to obtain a rich aromatic palette thanks to the distillation of very fresh pure cane juice which gives birth to TIJUCA spirits.
