INGREDIENTS

  • Lime
  • Sugar syrup
  • 5 cl Tijuca BBR
  • Crushed ice

INGREDIENTS

1.Cut both ends off a lime.

2.Cut into quarters and remove the white membrane (to avoid bitterness)

3.Cut the quarters into two equal halves

4.Place the eight pieces in a glass and add two teaspoons of sugar syrup.

5.Gently pound the mixture to dissolve the sugar in the lemon juice.

6.Add TIJUCA BBR and stir with a spoon

7.Add crushed ice

8.Garnish the glass with a slice of lemon
