STRAWBERRY CAÏPI

Delicious with pineapple or maracuja (passion fruit), CAÏPIFRUTAS can be adapted to suit the seasons and your imagination.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5cl de TIJUCA SOC
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1/2 lime
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons powdered cane sugar
  • Crushed ice

INGREDIENTS

1.Place the strawberries in a caipirinha glass

2.Pour in the lime juice and cane sugar.

3.Gently stir to dissolve the sugar in the fruit juice

4.Add TIJUCA SOC

5.Add crushed ice

6.Mix thoroughly with a spoon and enjoy.

    Depending on your preference, this cocktail can be made with raspberries or any other red fruit, as long as you spice it up with a little lime.
