It is in the woods of Mata Atlântica, a coastal forest in the state of Rio de Janeiro, that the cachaças used in the composition of TIJUCA Brazilian Blended Rum are born and raised.

AN ORIGINAL RECIPE
TIJUCA Brazilian Blended Rum est né d’une recette originale assemblant cinq cachaças de grande qualité issues des différents terroirs de l’Etat de Rio de Janeiro au Brésil.
Cachaça is the Brazilian name for rum made from the pure juice of fresh sugar cane, cut by hand and pressed immediately.
Our five cachaças are distilled in a copper still and aged on site by carefully selected local producers.

WOOD AND MORE WOOD
L’élevage dans des fûts fabriqués dans différents bois endémiques de la Mata Atlântica est à l’origine de la palette aromatique si distinctive de TIJUCA Brazilian Blended Rum, chacun de ces bois apportant son originalité.
Enfin, un assemblage par les maîtres de chai du Pays de Cognac a forgé à TIJUCA Brazilian Blended Rum une identité unique, sublimée par un finish dans des fûts de chêne ayant contenu du porto blanc.
