TIJUCA Brazilian Blended Rum was born from an original recipe combining five high-quality cachaças, distilled in copper stills and aged on site by rigorously selected local producers from the different terroirs of the State of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.
Blended in the Cognac area, it receives a finish in oak barrels that previously contained white port.
70cl bottle, 40% vol.
- From a jar of Agen prunes macerated in cachaça
Forming a subtle marriage of aromas that will continue to surprise your palate, these Agen prunes have been macerated for several months in a 40% vol. alembic cachaça, aged for three years in jequitiba barrels.
50cl jar, 17 to 18 Agen IGP prunes, 20% vol.
